About YOKE

YOKE was founded by Mark Austin, a first-generation farmer raising pasture-raised chickens and beef in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee. What began as a simple desire to return to the land grew into something much deeper — a mission to reconnect people with the nourishment that nature intended.

With the support of his Wife, Anna, and the inspiration of the Lord, and Matthew 11:29. Mark built YOKE as a bridge between the farm and your daily health routine. Each capsule captures the essence of what real food provides — life-giving nutrients from animals raised right, on open pastures, the way it’s always been done.

Because what’s good for the land, the animals, and the farmer is good for you, too.
